Recording

I have recorded many genres since I started sound engineering in 2019, notably grunge rock and music concrete, as well as gospel music, I recorded a choir which brought more unexpected challenges which I relished. Here are some of my favourite recording session photos with artists.

Wave of Sound

Recorded and helped mix single release Wave of Sound by Connor Frame with fellow engineer Gaspard Casanova.

Revolution 10

This is a music concrete track I created, I explored new studio techniques in this project, this serves as an ode to some of my favourite songs! I took a deep dive into patching outboard gear, MIDI recordings, and using SSL desks for channel organisation.

Spatial Recordings

In my studies I used a range of different recording techniques, I have experience in Surround Decca Tree, Hamasaki Square, Blumlein and Double Mid-Side.

Choir Recording

I recorded my local community choir, which gave a brilliant insight into live recording enviornments and meant I could meet some lovely local members of the community. This was also the first high-pressrure situation I had to deal with myself.
